$325.00 Individuals/$375.00 Couples initial intake session.

$185.00 Individuals/ $250.00 Couples per session.

Insurance

I do not work directly with insurance providers, however, my services are usually reimbursable as an out-of-network expense. You will have access to all of your receipts and superbills through an individual client portal, which will allow you to easily print and submit directly to your insurance company.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. You will have the opportunity to add your credit card information when completing your electronic paperwork prior to your first session.  Payments are automatically processed at the 48 business hour mark prior to your session.  I do not process any payments during the time of your session as I want to minimize distractions from your healing process.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 business hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
